Welcome to Lakefront 138!

It is located in Porto Ceresio, in the “Ville Lago Lugano” residence, nestled in a charming garden with lush plants, directly on the lake.

Here you can spend a dream vacation in a picturesque setting, cooling off in the swimming pool (outdoor and seasonal) and enjoying breathtaking views of the majestic Swiss mountains and the crystal clear waters of Lake Lugano.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

It is located on the second floor and features:

- a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, 160x200 cm, a large built-in closet and a large window;

- a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer;

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

- a kitchenette with electric stove top, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need for cooking;

- a living room with TV with foreign channels, a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa bed that can be used by the third guest if necessary. Two large windows lead to the balcony;

- a balcony with table and chairs, so you can eat outside and two deck chairs to fully enjoy the magnificent lake-mountain-garden view;

- a private parking lot, within the property;

- a pier with the possibility of mooring your own boat, by reservation and for a fee.

The pool, garden and pier are shared with the other guests and owners of the residence.

A 20-minute walk or a two-minute drive takes you to the center and lakefront of Porto Ceresio, a charming town, rich in history and culture. Nearby are several restaurants and cafes, where local cuisine can be enjoyed.

There are numerous villages, overlooking the lake, that can be explored, even better by ferry or by renting a boat (even without a license!): don't miss Lugano, Morcote with Scherrer Park and Gandria.

Varese, a city famous for its villas and gardens, is 17 km away, while Milan and Como are easily reached by train, in just over an hour. The train station is located in the center of Porto Ceresio and also provides connections to Milan Malpensa Airport.

For sports and nature enthusiasts, we are surrounded by mountains and hiking trails. The Swiss valleys, such as the Verzasca Valley and the Maggia Valley, are not to be missed.

Lake Maggiore, with the Borromean Islands, cities such as Luino, Bellinzona, and Ascona are also nearby.
