Welcome to CA' GIALLA - FLAT 2!

A modern and cosy flat, located in a quiet residential area, so called in the Lombard dialect because of the unmistakable yellow colour of the building in which it is located.

It comfortably accommodates 3 people, is located on the first floor of a building consisting of six flats and in the furnishing we have thought about the smallest details, so that you will not miss anything during your stay.

The flat, measuring approximately 55 square metres, is located on the first floor and features:

・1 double bedroom with Queen size bed, 160x200 cm, memory foam pillows and large wardrobes.

・1 bathroom with shower, dispenser with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, toilet and bidet.

Bed linen, towels and the use of the washing machine are included in the price.

・1 living room with Smart Tv with foreign satellite channels and Netflix, a comfortable sofa bed, which can be used by the third guest if necessary, and a door window overlooking the terrace, surrounded by greenery.

・1 fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, a large table with 4 seats and a balcony.

To name a few of the amenities present: Nepresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, oven with baking paper, kettle and toaster, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar, bottle of water and much more.

・1 terrace with table and chairs for eating outdoors, surrounded by greenery.

・Free parking on the street, in front of the flat.

THE SURROUNDINGS

On foot you can reach the centre and the Ponte Tresa lakefront, numerous supermarkets and food shops where you can buy typical Italian delicacies; the village comes alive on Saturdays with the weekly market.

It is also a strategic point for reaching the Italian-Swiss customs of Ponte Tresa, ideal for those who have to travel to Switzerland for work or for those on holiday who want to explore the beauties that surround us.

Lugano is only 11 km away and can be easily reached by train, which leaves every 20 minutes from Ponte Tresa station (Swiss shore).

There are numerous villages, overlooking the lake, that are worth visiting, even better by boat or by hiring a boat (even without a licence!): don't miss Morcote with its Scherrer Park and Gandria.

Varese (20 km), a town famous for its villas and gardens, can be reached by bus, and Milan and Como can be easily reached by train in about an hour and a half.

For sports and nature enthusiasts, we are surrounded by mountains and hiking/cycling trails. The Swiss valleys such as the Verzasca Valley and the Maggia Valley are not to be missed.

Lake Maggiore, with the Borromean Islands, cities such as Luino, Bellinzona and Ascona are also close by.
